Ingredients for 4 servings
- 500 g reindeer meat
- 200 g blueberries
- 200 g lingonberries
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
- Cut the reindeer meat into small pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and sear the meat over high heat.
- Add the berries and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the thyme and rosemary and mix everything well together.
- Reduce the heat and let the dish simmer for 2 hours until the meat is tender.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
