Ingredients for 4 servings
Main course
- 800 g cod, cut into 4 portions
- 100 g salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Preparation
- Rinse the cod thoroughly under cold water and pat dry. Cut into 4 equal portions.
- Rub the fish generously with salt and place it in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, remove the fish from the refrigerator and rinse off the excess salt. Pat dry again.
- Season the fish with freshly ground pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the chopped garlic and dill over the fish and place the lemon slices on top.
- Place the fish on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes, until cooked through and lightly browned.
